Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with other remote team members and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, call center, or airline industry experience preferred.

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is an advantage.

Working Hours:
