Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. Overnight Team Members are responsible for preparing the restaurant to be able to provide exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Shift Hours 10pm-6am

Position Type:

  • Full-time and Part-time
  • **Must be 18 years or older**

Overnight Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prep for daily operations
  • Stocking product on shelves and maintaining organization, including rotation, inventory checks, etc.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and performing deep cleaning as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Prepare the restaurant to open daily
  • Perform daily machine maintenance
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
