My name is Tomer Hen, and I am a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry. During this time, I've spearheaded notable campaigns with leading brands, including MasterCard, Amazon, and Audible among bootstrapped E-Commerce brands.

Our company owns a few food & supplement brands and additionally helps brand founders grow their DTC brands to 8 figures by creating profitable relationships with influencers and creators.

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated Mid-Junior/level Influencer Relationships Manager, who would be responsible for building and maintaining deep, long-lasting relationships with influencers on behalf of multiple brands.

We are looking for the right person to build a long-term relationship with.

This includes conducting communication through email and all social media platforms, coordinating content creation, and managing the day-to-day relationship with these influencers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive influencers to create engaging content.

The main focus of this role is to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers that will drive them to create high-quality content for the brands.

This would be a Full-Time Remote position.

We are looking for someone that can work in the US time zones.

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience with Influencer Relationships Management or in similar roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and email outreach tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Marketing or public relations experience
  • Motivated and open to feedback
  • Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with influencers.
  • Experience negotiating with outside partners (talent, agents, vendors, etc.)
  • Comfort with data/analytics to effectively evaluate and report on project success and achievement of KPIs.

Responsibilities (but Are Not Limited To)

  • Manage the day-to-day communication with influencers, including responding to inquiries and coordinating content creation
  • Keep track of influencer performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of influencer relationships and performance
  • Foster deep, long-lasting relationships with influencers that will drive them to create high-quality content for the brands
  • Optimize the research and the outreach processes and templates to influencers
  • Continuously nurture relationships to create rapport and future partnership opportunities.
  • Work with internal social media and creative teams to create content hubs and cross-promote influencer and brand partner content on clients' social media channels.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate data relating to the performance of campaigns from both clients and partners.
  • Stay up to date with social media, influencer, and cross-brand promotion trends and social platform features that can be used to employ new strategies and tactics.
