Job Summary:

Mountain View Earthworks is looking for an experienced equipment operator / truck driver to join our team. Experience running Excavators, Skid-Steers, and Loaders is required. You must also be willing to learn to run excavators with a tilt-rotators.

We primarily do Civil Construction and Excavation, as well as commercial maple syrup production in the winter

The right candite will have a versatile skill set, as the job demands change seasonally

This position has the opportunity to transition into a foreman role in the near future if desired.

Must be able to work unsupervised for short periods of time.

Must be able to perform daily maintenance of equipment (grease, check oil) preform minor repairs.

Must have a valid and insurable driver's license. CDL highly preferred

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors on a daily basis.

Monday-Friday, Hours are flexible, but ideally 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Work is based out of Mount Holly VT.

January-April is primarily Maple production, and preforming equipment maintenance and repairs

April- December is primarily Construction Field Work

Full time 40+ hours

Pay is $32-$37 hour depending on experience, and if you have a CDL or Not
