About AppLovin AppLovin makes technologies that help businesses of every size connect to their ideal customers. The company provides end-to-end advertising solutions for businesses to reach, monetize and grow their global audiences. For more information about AppLovin, visit: www.applovin.com. To deliver on this mission, our global team is composed of team members with life experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives that mirror our developers and customers around the world. At AppLovin, we are intentional about the team and culture we are building, seeking candidates who are outstanding in their own right and also demonstrate their support of others. The job is to drive advertisers to Axon through organic content. E-commerce is where we start, with Shopify operators and DTC founders. We will expand into apps, finance, lead generation, and beyond. Your scope grows with the platform. Most B2B content fails. Newsletters get archived. Demo videos get skipped. Threads get scrolled past. We want a storyteller with taste and a point of view. AI tools are leverage to move faster, but the ideas, the calls, and the craft are yours. You experiment, kill what does not work, and double down on what does, regardless of format. What you''ll do: * Figure out what content actually lands and ship it. Live tools, charts, videos, webinars, livestreams, podcasts, mini-sites, whatever wins. Pull from our first-party advertiser data, customer voices, the product roadmap, and the broader market. * Share the work publicly. Post on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and wherever the audience lives. You are comfortable being the public face of what you ship. * Set the cadence: ship every week, measure every week, prune every month. What we''re looking for * You have built something that went viral. A tool that got passed around, a tweet that broke 10M views, a podcast that hit, a video that broke 1M, a Substack that scaled past 10k subs. You are a storyteller first. * You can build from scratch on your own, and you also know how to partner with designers, researchers, and business development teams to amplify what you ship. Some weeks you will have a full team and budget. Others you will work solo or outsource. You scale your approach to what you have. * You are obsessed with what builders are shipping right now. AI agents, indie tools, viral consumer apps, design-forward products. You know who is making them and why they are working. * (BONUS): You are fluent in Claude Code and agentic AI tools. You build things with them - sites, tools, workflows, content. Not just chat with them. Remote, with the option to anchor in NYC, LA, or Miami. 2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
