About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly operational, data-driven Manager to help scale our Mobile App Campaign business. As Manager, Mobile Apps GTM, you will play a critical role in turning an emerging offering into a repeatable, scalable business by building strong operational processes and ensuring campaigns launch and perform successfully.

As the Manager, Mobile Apps GTM, you will own the day-to-day management and execution of App Engagement Offer campaigns, ensuring opportunities move efficiently from pipeline through launch, optimization, and ongoing performance management. You will serve as the operational quarterback across Sales, Product, Tech, Implementation, and external partners—keeping campaigns on track, identifying issues early, driving resolution, and creating visibility into the health of the business.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence: Build and maintain scalable processes, trackers, and operating rhythms that improve campaign readiness, reduce execution risk, and create consistency as the business grows.
  • Manage pipeline & launch readiness: Maintain clear visibility into the campaign pipeline, proactively identify blockers and dependencies, and partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to keep opportunities progressing toward launch.
  • Monitor & optimize campaign performance: Track campaign delivery and performance, identify trends or underperformance, diagnose potential operational, technical, or advertiser-level drivers, and coordinate actions to improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution: Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Tech, Implementation, and external partners, driving clear ownership, timelines, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Support advertiser activation: Help Sales and clients navigate campaign requirements, setup, MMP integrations, and launch processes, pulling in technical or product partners when needed.

The ideal candidate:

  • Exceptional operator: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies at once without losing sight of what matters most.
  • Strong program manager: You can take a complex, cross-functional initiative, break it into clear workstreams and milestones, establish ownership, and proactively drive it to completion.
  • Data-driven problem solver: You are comfortable working with campaign and pipeline data, identifying patterns and outliers, diagnosing root causes, and translating findings into concrete actions.
  • Proactive issue manager: You anticipate risks before they become problems, quickly identify when something is off track, and bring the right people together to resolve issues.
  • Effective cross-functional partner: You communicate clearly and build strong working relationships across Sales, Product, Tech, Operations, and external partners, influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive in an evolving business where processes are still being built and are willing to create structure, improve workflows, and roll up your sleeves to get things done

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, advertising operations, GTM operations, client solutions, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs or operational workflows with multiple dependencies
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience using data to monitor performance, identify issues, and drive decisions
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working collaboratively across technical and commercial teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate status, risks, decisions, and next steps

Preferred Requirements:

  • Mobile app advertising, performance marketing, MMPs, attribution, app-install campaigns, or third-party advertising platforms
  • Campaign operations, advertising operations, or performance optimization
  • Working directly with Product and Engineering teams on technical integrations or troubleshooting
  • Building operational processes or workflows for a new or rapidly scaling business

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
