Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to build, enhance, and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of our digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Clinical Operations, using tools like GitHub, AWS, GoDaddy, and Asana to manage projects and infrastructure efficiently. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure success.

As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to the support of the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently to a fast-paced, agile development environment and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Additionally, you will demonstrate compassion and contribute to a positive work environment by giving and getting joy in your daily interactions. These values will enable you to effectively contribute to key areas of focus and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable and efficient data pipelines and infrastructures
  • Collaborate with system owners to incorporate new data sources
  • Collaborate with data analysts and other business stakeholders to develop business-ready data tables
  • Design, develop and monitor controls to maintain high data quality consistent with data governance best practices, especially those pertaining to HIPAA
  • Implement data warehousing solutions appropriate to the business context

Ideal Profile

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with healthcare or telehealth platforms.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with AWS for application hosting and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with GoDaddy for domain and DNS management.
  • Experience with GitHub for code collaboration and version control.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Passion for women\'s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $2,000+ per month, based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements.
