Freelance Marketplace Manager

to own and optimize our operations on

Miravia, Temu, and TikTok Shop

.

The Mission:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our store accounts, focusing on driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and leveraging the unique social/viral features of these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TikTok Shop:
  • Manage the

TikTok Seller Center

and product listings.

  • Coordinate

Affiliate Marketing

programs (connecting with creators & managing samples).

  • Optimize listings for "shoppable" content and monitor performance during LIVE streams.
  • Miravia:
  • Curate and optimize the catalog specifically for the

Spanish & EU markets

.

  • Design and implement store decorations to meet Miravia’s high-end brand standards.
  • Participate in platform-wide campaigns and manage localized promotions.
  • Temu:
  • Handle high-volume inventory management and price monitoring.
  • Optimize product descriptions and assets for rapid conversion.
  • Monitor fulfillment KPIs to ensure compliance with Temu’s strict service standards.
  • Cross-Channel Strategy:
  • Utilize tools like

Channable, Lengow, or Shoppingfeed

to sync catalogs.

  • Monitor ROAS on platform-specific ads (TikTok Ads, Miravia Sponsored Ads).
  • Analyze weekly performance data to pivot strategies based on viral trends or algorithm shifts.

Candidate Requirements:

    Proven Experience:

    Minimum 2+ years managing marketplaces with a portfolio of results on

    TikTok Shop

    or

    Miravia/Temu

    .

      Platform Expertise:

      Deep understanding of the

      TikTok Shop Affiliate

      ecosystem and

      Miravia’s

      brand-centric model.

        Analytical Mindset:

        Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making.

          Agility:

          Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-changing algorithms and policies of these specific platforms.

            Languages:

            Native-level/Fluent English (Spanish is a major plus for Miravia management).
