Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, timely support to both internal and external customers. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Responding to a high volume of chat, email, and phone inquiries regarding hardware, software, and network issues
  • Diagnosing and resolving simple to moderately complex technical problems using established troubleshooting procedures
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate specialist teams while maintaining clear communication with customers
  • Documenting all support interactions in our ticketing system with accurate, concise, and actionable notes
  • Providing status updates and follow‑up information to customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
  • Participating in on‑call rotations to provide after‑hours support via cell phone or remote access
  • Staying current on industry trends, product updates, and best practices to deliver technically accurate solutions
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, common office applications, and network fundamentals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
