We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable Entry Level Chat Agents to join our growing support and engagement team. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full, paid training to set you up for success. If you are a strong communicator who loves typing, helping others, and working independently from home, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally through our live text chat platform.

  • Engagement: Proactively guide users through common questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and share relevant helpful resources.

  • Accuracy: Maintain high-quality text responses, ensuring clear grammar, a friendly tone, and accurate information.

  • Data Logging: Briefly document chat summaries and update customer profiles in our internal system after each interaction.

  • Teamwork: Escalate complex technical issues to senior support tiers when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a natural ability to sound warm, empathetic, and professional in text format.

  • Tech Literacy: Comfort using web browsers, messaging apps, and multitasking between multiple open chat tabs.

  • Speed: Dependable typing skills (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred) to handle fast-paced interactions.

  • Availability: Willingness to work part-time hours, including occasional flexible evening or weekend shifts.

  • Reliability: Self-motivated mindset with the ability to stick to a schedule without direct in-person supervision.

Remote Work Requirements
  • A reliable laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC) running up-to-date software.

  • A stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting real-time chat software.

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace during your scheduled shifts.

What We Offer
  • Fully remote work structure—work comfortably from home.

  • Comprehensive, paid onboarding and training program.

  • Flexible part-time scheduling options to fit around your lifestyle.

  • A supportive, digital-first team environment with room for long-term growth.

If you want to tailor this further before posting, let me know:
  • What is the hourly pay rate or salary range?

  • Do you have specific hours/shifts you need covered (e.g., nights, weekends, 20 hours per week)?

  • Should I include a specific call-to-action or application instruction at the bottom?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
