As the digital manager on the Claims Learning Digital team, you'll lead our knowledge management strategy and lead a team of leaders and individual contributors. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Learning and Process team to deliver solutions that improve the learners' experience and support business goals. You'll also work with other business leaders to align user needs with company objectives, identify efficient solutions, and participate in strategic discussions with senior management. This is a remote position.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for digital functionality that is impactful to achieving core business objectives.
  • Contributes to and applies appropriate quality processes and standards; designs new practices and procedures.
  • Tracks, recommends, and communicates changes to prevent quality issues.
  • Manages multiple tactical and strategic projects simultaneously.
  • Responsible for road maps in areas of ownership.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of nine years of business/digital interaction or design experience or a bachelor's degree or higher, and a minimum of six years of business/digital interaction or design experience.

Preferred skills

  • Five or more years of formal leadership experience.
  • Experience leading technology-enabled business process initiatives, including SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Recent demonstrated experience managing initiatives that integrate business processes with enabling technology (e.g., workflow tools, decision support systems, content, or knowledge platforms), including responsibility for requirements, delivery, and business outcomes.
  • Recent experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve business processes, including identification of process opportunities, defining business use cases, and driving adoption to ensure solutions are embedded in workflows and deliver measurable improvements.

Compensation

  • $130,000 - $160,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of eligible earnings based on company performance
