Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operators to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong typing skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining company databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in company systems with high accuracy.
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper records.
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data.
  • Identify errors and correct them promptly.
  • Follow company policies and best practices for data entry tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle confidential information securely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or computer applications is a plus.
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40-50 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data errors.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Experience
