Communicate effectively with members through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Aetna's products and services to effectively assist members. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve member issues and improve processes. Stay up-to-date on Aetna's policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to ensure timely and effective resolution. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call quality and customer satisfaction. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and provide feedback to management. Demonstrate the company's values of integrity, excellence, accountability, and caring in all interactions. Attend training sessions and stay current on industry trends and best practices. Represent Aetna in a professional and positive manner at all times. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
