What You'll Achieve

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will serve as Dell Technologies' elite customer advocate for hyperscalers and cloud‑native AI infrastructure providers, embedding deeply in our most strategic and complex engagements to ensure customer success at scale. You will work with CSPs, hyperscalers, and executive stakeholders across customers, partners, and Dell Technologies on AI infrastructure transformation, cloud-native solutions, and outcome-driven strategic partnerships.

You will:

  • Drive strategic outcomes for CSPs and hyperscalers (e.g., CoreWeave, LightningAI, xAI, Nscale) by operating as a trusted advisor, proactively anticipating challenges and mobilizing rapid, coordinated responses in highly dynamic environments.
  • Influence Dell's internal product roadmap based on hyperscaler needs, ensuring the customer's voice shapes strategy, execution, and innovation.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across product, operations, logistics, finance, and engineering teams to architect and deliver custom solutions at scale.
  • Lead long-term, outcome-driven partnerships that accelerate adoption, drive transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes strengthening strategic alignment and customer loyalty.
  • Leverage Dell Technologies' full portfolio to identify opportunities for growth, optimize cloud economics, and expand the strategic value delivered to each engagement.

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in hyperscaler or cloud infrastructure strategy, with deep domain expertise in large-scale, complex technology environments.
  • Proven success in managing and influencing $100M+ deal cycles, including navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations and executive-level decision-making.
  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) or equivalent program/engagement management credential.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and cloud economics, including GPU compute architectures, distributed training frameworks, and hyperscale data center operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, logistics, finance) to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions.

Desirable Requirements

  • Executive-level influence and strategic planning capabilities, with a track record of building C-suite relationships and shaping organizational strategy.
  • Expertise in GPU scaling, workload orchestration, and data center strategy, including familiarity with emerging AI infrastructure trends and next-generation compute platforms.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The salary range for this position is $160,800 to $221,100
