Role Overview:Client Services Officer

Client Services Officer play a crucial role in upgrading client interaction by enhancing the quality of service, working under the direct supervision of the Market Business Service Officer (MBSO). Their duties involve managing and guiding Support Professionals, along with handling all operational and service-related tasks within specific branches.

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or a comparable level of education is necessary
  • Previous industry experience
  • Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and 10 (SU), as well as Series 66 (AG/RA) or alternatively Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) are mandatory
  • Additional permits necessary as mandated by administration

  • Proficiency in expressing ideas clearly through writing and speaking is crucial
  • Great focus on specifics
  • Proficiency in managing and addressing intricate requirements efficiently and escalating when needed
  • The capacity to recognize problems and patterns in order to predict shifts and offer thorough remedies

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing communication and training for Service Professionals
  • Collaborating with Market Sales and Risk departments to guarantee implementation across all facets of the company's operations
  • Assisting the MBSO in implementing service initiatives effectively
  • Drive the branch in implementing the strategic goals of the organization by guiding and mentoring individuals to adopt new behaviors, emphasizing uniformity, excellence, and adherence to standards
  • Take charge of guiding, coaching, and overseeing a group of Support and Service Experts
  • Encourage the diversification of skills and knowledge through cross-training initiatives among Service and Support Professionals to foster growth and adaptability in their roles
  • Streamline the process of conducting interviews, selecting candidates, and integrating new employees into the team, which includes Financial Advisors and their Support Professionals
  • Collaborate with MBSO and Human Resources to oversee personnel administration, such as conducting performance evaluations, managing employee performance, and resolving conflicts
  • Nurture solid connections with essential collaborators across various levels such as Branch, Market, Region, and Home Office; engage actively in team gatherings, as well as regional and nationwide conferences
  • Schedule regular individual sessions with Support Professionals to provide guidance, set career objectives, address work tasks, and foster team cohesion
  • Supervise the support staff assigned to assist financial advisors at the branch
  • Discover avenues for acknowledging Support Professionals by exchanging exemplary methods, triumph narratives, and accomplishments
  • Encourage a branch environment that upholds Company principles, such as fostering diversity and inclusivity
