About the Role 
  
The Channel Account Manager at NinjaOne owns the growth and success of our partner ecosystem within a defined region. This role is focused on identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential channel partners, then building long-term, productive relationships that drive mutual revenue and expansion. You will work closely with NinjaOne Account Executives to design and execute a scalable channel sales motion, helping NinjaOne continue its move upstream into the large mid-market and enterprise space. This is a highly strategic role with direct impact on revenue, partner engagement, and NinjaOne’s broader go-to-market success.  
  
Location We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CT,  ME, MA, NJ, or NY.
  
What You’ll be Doing 
  
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential channel partners within your region 
  • Build and execute a repeatable channel sales motion in close partnership with NinjaOne Account Executives 
  • Activate partners through sales enablement, technical training, and joint go-to-market efforts 
  • Clearly articulate the value of NinjaOne’s Partner Program and deliver product demos to partner stakeholders 
  • Own your regional partner plan, pipeline, and forecast with clear accountability to results 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner success 
  
  
About You 
  
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors or Managed Service Providers 
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial NinjaOne and our partners. 
  • Ability to pro-actively and independently identify and qualify opportunities; an entrepreneurial mindset is key. 
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills. Ability to ask the right questions and tell great stories and have empathy with the client or partners’ challenge. 
  • Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans, building a partner/territory strategy, and the ability to measure success against key performance indicators and overall return on investment. 
  • Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives and/or partner principles.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in Maryland, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,000 per year with On Target Earnings of $400,000 per year.
