B2B COPYWRITER – BRANDING AGENCY

(Contract, 20–30 hrs/week)

Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Copywriter to serve as a dedicated writing resource for a key client account in the roadside assistance and automotive services industry. This is a focused, ongoing role — you will write across a range of B2B marketing and sales enablement deliverables, from product collateral and email campaigns to web copy and agent-facing communications. You should understand how to write for a business audience, translate complex product information into clear and compelling language, and adapt your tone to serve both the brand and its partners. This is a long-term engagement. We are looking for someone who can commit consistent weekly hours, work seamlessly within our creative team, and produce polished work on a reliable cadence.

Responsibilities

Write and develop B2B copy across a range of deliverables including product brochures, fact sheets, email campaigns, agent and dealer communications, sales presentations, web copy, and newsletters

Develop a deep understanding of the client's brand, products, audiences, and competitive positioning

Translate complex product and program information into clear, persuasive, and accessible language for a business audience

Collaborate closely with designers and brand strategists to ensure copy and visuals work together cohesively

Develop and maintain consistent brand voice across all written touchpoints

Write web copy that is clear, on-brand, and structured for readability

Support new business and internal projects as bandwidth allows

Manage revisions efficiently and incorporate feedback with a positive, solutions-oriented approach

Work within our agency's project management system to keep deliverables on track and deadlines met

Requirements

4+ years of professional copywriting experience with a strong focus on B2B, ideally within a branding or creative agency environment

Demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively for business audiences including agents, dealers, and industry partners

Strong portfolio showing range across B2B marketing, product collateral, and long-form copy

Experience in roadside assistance, insurance, financial services, fintech, or automotive industries a strong plus

Comfortable adapting tone and style across different formats and audiences while maintaining brand consistency

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Experience collaborating with designers and creative teams

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to feedback and revisions

Familiarity with SEO best practices for web copy is a plus

Nice to have

Experience writing for agent-facing, dealer-facing, or partner-facing audiences

Familiarity with sales enablement content and B2B marketing funnels

Experience with email marketing platforms or content management systems

Knowledge of the roadside assistance or F&I space

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
