As the Assistant General Counsel, Employment, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our global network of consultants and employees on all aspects of employment law. Provide legal advice and support to the global network of consultants and employees on all aspects of employment law. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Develop and implement employment policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and company values. Review and negotiate employment agreements and other related contracts. Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop strategies for resolving employment-related issues. Stay updated on changes and developments in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Conduct internal investigations and provide guidance on employee relations issues such as discrimination, harassment, and disciplinary actions. Train and educate employees and managers on employment law matters and company policies. Represent the company in employment-related litigation and disputes. Advise on and assist with global mobility and immigration matters for employees. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other relevant stakeholders. Assist with due diligence and integration of employment matters in mergers and acquisitions. Prepare and deliver presentations on employment law topics to internal stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure consistency and alignment with legal strategies and goals.</p><p>McKinsey & Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
