As an Amazon Fulfillment Associate in Omaha, NE, your work revolves around customer orders. You will pick items from shelves using handheld scanners, pack them securely for shipping, and hand off completed packages to the outbound team. The fulfillment center operates at high volume and high speed — you will be expected to meet pick and pack targets every shift while maintaining accuracy on every order.

Amazon provides a modern, climate-controlled work environment and all the tools and training you need to succeed from your first day on the floor.

Your typical responsibilities as a Fulfillment Associate:

  • Picking customer order items from assigned inventory locations
  • Packing orders securely and accurately for shipment
  • Scanning and verifying items using handheld RF devices
  • Meeting daily pick and pack rate targets
  • Following all Amazon quality and safety procedures

You will use RF scanners, conveyor systems, and packing equipment — all covered in Amazon’s onboarding training.
