Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin person to join our team.

This is a varied role combining day-to-day bookkeeping with general office administration, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both finance and office support functions.

Hours:
25–35 hours per week. Flexible working hours can be considered for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero
  • Processing invoices, expenses and payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Managing purchase and sales ledgers
  • Assisting with payroll preparation
  • Handling phone calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Filing, data entry and record keeping
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience using Xero
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounts/admin role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
